Do you need to cancel ressies before making a Ding ressie for the same flight? The ones I have are refundable/returnable tickets. Thanks!

If your goal is to use the value of the refundable tickets toward the DING special, then yes. However, I believe that since you have refundable tickets that the credit would be abpplied to your credit card rather than credit with Southwest. Most likely in your scenario, it would be better to buy the DING tickets first and then cancel your refundable tickets. Most people that cancel/rebook tickets have non-refundable tickets and therefore have credit stored with Southwest. Just remember that if you need to cancel or change, for any reason, your DING or internet tickets that you will fall into that category as well. Credit with Southwest good for one year from original purchase date.
