First Time Cruisers with Questions

We are leaving two weeks from today for our first cruise (4 night).
We have compiled some questions that we hope someone can help us with.

1. We booked the morning Segway excursion in Nassau. Is there a good place to snorkel (for beginners) afterward?
2. Should we bring “Safe Sea”?
3. Is the water cold in March? Should we bring rash guard?
4. May we bring champagne or wine we purchase at Epcot the day before on board?
5. Should we try to get on the waiting list for brunch at Palo on our day at sea?
6. Is there a size limit on the fish extender? I am worried ours may be too deep.

You can bring unopened bottles of alcohol on board, no problem. Don't know about the other questions, but I would highly recommend getting on a wait list or trying to get a reservation for brunch at Palo.
