First Time Cruiser Credit

Do they still offer the first time cruisers credit to first time cruisers?

I read about it just yesterday somewhere - I think it was on the link at the top of THIS page called, "Discounts" - I THINK! I remember it said something about '$50.00'.

I asked my travel agent about that and she said no that Disney wouldn't allow it (or something like that) because the cabin is already heavily discounted. I don't know what other people have run across. I went through all seasons travel.
