Monorail to MK at dusk

Hit Splash Mountain!!!!!

For me it also depends on which park is the first day-depending on which day of the week I arrive determines which park is first.

If it's Epcot-first is Spaceship Earth
If AK-first is the Safari ride
If MGM, visit the "hat" to look at pins
If MK (usually is)-Cinderella's Carousel

I think it's going to be Splash Mountain for us this year, then BTMRR and work our way back through Adventureland. But we may just hit the first ride we see, like the Carpet Rides or Jungle Cruise. Or we may beeline to Buzz, since we haven't been on it yet and we are Toy Story fans. I don't know! I just want to be there! Usually when we are at DL, we hit Pirates, HM, Splash and JC first. Pirates is an instant "we are officially at Disneyland" ride for us.

Great answers...let's hear more! And nice to see so many people going in the very near future! (Jealous...we're off in September.)
By the way Tigger22, love the tradition of ToT first and last....our favorite ride!!

This is an easy one. MK first, POTC. MGM is RNR. Epcot is TT and AK is Dinosaur.

Space Mountain at Magic Kingdom and Spaceship Earth at Epcot :teeth:

The last couple trips we usually head to Epcot first - mainly because it's midday and we are tired and HUNGRY!!! Our favorite park is MK and we force ourselves to wait until we have a FULL DAY to spend there.

We always ride Spaceship Earth, then relax by the dancing fountain, then savor a late lunch at one of the great restaurants. We are probably going to try Le Cellier on this trip. We ate there many years ago when it was a cafeteria style set-up and were not impressed. Sounds better now though!

I like to start off on Kiliminjaro Safaris at Animail Kingdom. AK is a "three ride" park for me, so I like to get it out of the way and spend the majority of the vacation at the other parks. So, we do KS, Dinosaur! and one other attraction.

The Magic Kingdom is our traditional first park of the trip. When we get there, we like to ride the Walt Disney World Railroad to get a view around the park before we start our tour.

Another vote for Spaceship Earth and Epcot. We always go to Epcot on our first day, because our plane usually lands around 12:00 and the time of year we go to WDW, Epcot is the only park staying open until 9:00! :D

In the past it has been space mountain because we always start at MK and that is the ride that the line builds up quickest so we make the run (I mean walk) with all the other crazy people. It's the only time all day that we will rush to get to a ride but it's that tradition to start the day. Last year we missed splash mountain because of rehab so we have decided to start our day there this year. The only problem is we are going December and that might make for a cold start to the day.

If we could do it, I would prefer to save MK until after we visit the other parks because, with our kids (ages 4, 6, 8 & 12), after they've been to MK, the other parks pale in comparison!

MK is always our first park. As soon as the rope falls we run to Dumbo. Our first year we were novices and didn't do Dumbo until the middle of the morning--we learned our lesson and now make sure it is our first ride.

Our first and last ride is always the same: The monorail at the airport!

(Sorry, I just had to get that one in.)

Come to think of it, WDWRICH, the airport monorail is OUR first and last trip....small world, huh?!

Usually Animal Kingdom ends up being our first park....not sure why, but that is how it seems to turn out. That would then make Countdown To Extinction our first ride. It's kind of odd how often AK ends up being our first park. I think it must be because we feel we can get everything we want to do there done fairly quickly.

Our first day is always the MK, and we always take the train ride around the park. Then it's over to the Tomorrowland Transportation Authority.

Didn't think Uncleromulus was such a daredevil, did you??

Our first ride is always the same.....since our very first visit 20 years ago.. Tradition is Pirates of the Carribean......and when the kids are not with us.. we still keep the tradition..
