Can I ask you what method you're using, or is it a secret? It looks like a smudge tool method I'd heard about before.

You're right, it's the smudge method with a paint brush

These are beautiful. Is photoshop difficult to use?

There's a HUGE learning curve in photoshop.. but it's well worth the time to learn it I think!!! Photoshop elements is perfect for beginners!!
