The whole world isn't like that. You only hear about the whack jobs, not the overwhelming majority of good, decent, honorable, upstanding folks in the world. We aren't news worthy. Nobody would watch/listen/read if they talked about the millions of us that went to work and had nothing bad happen.

Becky or Jackie, we are looking to spend the night in St. Louis on Thursday night. We will be on our way to Arkansas (I will refrain from sharing my joy about this). Can you recommend a good hotel that is decent/fun/not overly priced????

I know I am not either of those two, but I am going to open my big mouth anyway.

We stayed the the Drury Inn that is right downtown and it was nice. I don't know how expensive it is because we stayed there during a playoff game for the Cardinals. You can walk to the arch and it has a great breakfast. The parking was a little scarying, very tight, but we fit our Odyssey in their parking garage.

my MIL passed from Pancreatic cancer as well.

Donna - It's so sad isn't it - at the end she was YELLOW from the jaundice, I've never seen anything like it

Silver (or a pewter metallic) works for me - or a black strappy sandal would be cute also. (Although I seem to recall you aren't a show person like some of us are.)

We're staying at Pop after the cruise; we would've done the buy 4 get 3 deal but got an email pin code that worked out better for us.
We love Pop and are looking forward to going back
