Anyone want to make Disney plans for me??? My children and DH want to have no opinion.

Good morning, all. Regarding breastfeeding lady who is quite the multi-tasker. There is talk that she will be charged with child endangerment. She could actually go to jail for this. In her defense, she said it was a busy day, and this is not a normal happening. Ironic part about this story is that my sister's step-dad was just telling us the other day that there was a lady that came through his drive through at the pharmacy breastfeeding. Maybe this is something that happens every day.

We had a very sad case here last year where the mother was breastfeeding in the car and she and the baby were killed when the car crashed. Why would someone take their infant out of the car seat why the car is in motion. So sad.

Yeah, well, as sad as it would be if she got in an accident and what would happened to the baby, I can't help but think would the MOM would lose if that happened. OUCH!

I heard about this and she said she had to feed her child.
Well I don't know maybe pull over on to the side of the road and feed the child. :confused3
As a mom of three that breast feed all my children.
There have been times when I have been in that situation, and have pulled off the road to feed my child. :)
I hope they throw the book at her.
Had she been in an accident the child probably would not have lived.
What right does she have to endanger the life of her child like that.

Sorry the rant is done.
Thanks for listening. :)

How did I know you guys would go there?

This is not an AskTracy question

Skeet shooting is not, I repeat not available on our Disney cruise.

There also is not a Spearfishing and sushi tasting Excursion. There will be no mention of eating Nemo!

Oh thank god. :worship:
Thank you Tracy!
I guess DH will just have to entertain himself with beer & the bar. :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

It was obviously a stupid move. But, it sounds like it happens more often than we realize. When I was in high school I was visiting an aunt. Her DD was crying (3 months old), so she had me get her out of her carseat. So, while we were drive I was holding the baby. And, the mom thought nothing of it. I have never taken my kids out of their carseats when we are driving. I don't think I'm a better mom than her. It's just a really big deal nowadays to have your kids in their carseats. Some people still have that mentality, but this might be over the top.

Now it's getting deep in here. Because I get myself in trouble with the cake/pie topic how about Coke/pepsi?

Morning all. Up early again with a sick 2 year old.

We have skeet shooting on one of our Wii games. I'm pretty darn good at it, :)

Oh I feel for you. :)
It's awful when the little ones get sick and after that's over you need a vacation for a couple of days.
That's if you don't catch what your little one has.
All the best to you, I will be thinking of you. :)

My children are spoiled. My DD8 is playing on her new laptop right now. My dad gave her his old one, that is only a few years old. It's nicer than DH's laptop.

Good morning!!!

Ok, need a favor!!

I have my lab midterm today at 2:00 :scared1: I'm pretty much ready for it, but I still need good thoughts!!!

Please, send some my way!!!!

Here you go.
Good thoughts and wishes and lots of pixie dust.pixiedust: pixiedust: pixiedust: pixiedust: pixiedust: pixiedust: pixiedust:

I know girl. The other day at the park when it was so nice out I was kicking myself for not having your number with me. Of course I wrote it down on a post it note that Gene threw away. Go figure.

My friends daughter was sick at play day last Friday and now me and Ethan have a head cold. Gotta love kids.

Yeah we call them walking germ factories in footed pajamas.:rotfl2:

68 Days Until "Fun on a Boat!"

Oh thank god it can't come fast enough for me.
It's freezing here today.
With wind chill -24
I don't know what the conversion is for that. :confused3

Sorry but it shouldn't happen.
Our top news story this morning, get this.
They caught someone this morning on the highway 400 south to toronto.
He was doing 250 km/per hour.
What an idiot.
Now everyone knows the speed limit is 100km pre hour.
Now just because it has been done doesn't mean it should be done.
He drove that fast, but I would not.
Now if they make an example of her there will be a lot less moms putting their children at risk.

As for coke/pepsi
Coke

So what do you think the Bachelor show will be about tonight. I am thrilled he changed his mind. I was thinking if he is this tore up he made a bad decesion. My other thought is Melissa and Ty didnt hit it off as well as the show put on. What other reason would you make that drastic of a decesion over. I love trash TV. LOL.

250 kph? If my rough conversion math is right, that is 150 mph for us non metric people. OMG. Where did he need to get to so fast? Some people have no brains.

I decided to use one of my precious non Disney vacation days. Didn't sleep last night and it was too cold to go outside on no sleep. So maybe I can make my post count better on this thread with one day off.

I do want to do some knitting. I can't buy anymore yarn until I finish at least 2 projects.

IMHO, the police should make this woman go to jail for a few days. I don't have any problems with breasfeeding mothers. Heck I did a version of it. My issue is the other people out there who are going about their day, driving safely, and she has an accident because she isn't paying attention. What if she killed someone else's child or parent?

Why would any person think this is okay?:sad2:
