Time for my rant. Have $$$$$$$$$$ in Southwest funds/credits that expire in February. So I can't book my podcast cruise flight now, I need to wait until these stupid funds expire, request an extension with cost, then book my flight when I get the voucher.

OK George, you asked for it... Don't take no for an answer. Call back, kill em with kindness and if the person on the phone can't help you, ask them for their name and a employee or reference number, then ask to speak with their supervisor. Someone in the chain should be able to help.

Just don't hang up, eventually you'll find someone to help. Just make sure you are super friendly but do not budge!

That is the # (Dallas customer service) I called Alecia. DW spoke with them today also. They didn't budge for either of us. We each got the no exceptions but I know it's BS. I am going to try again tomorrow. I've got a meatloaf in the oven and waiting for Deb to get home for dinner. Then it's putting up the Christmas tree. She has tomorrow off and wants to decorate it then.

And I've not forgotten about the pickle. My sig is a bit unsightly right now and I need to rearrange things. The pickle(s) needs it's proper place you know.

Ready for a complaint? I had surgery on my hand today and the doctors office screwed it up. No anesthetic!! It all worked out in the end but I was pretty ticked off!!!
