I had to stop in and see what you crazy folks are up to in here lately (I have given up on being able to keep up)

And I am so excited - I booked our flights down for the Cruise this morning!!!!!

If I don't book flights home - is it a bad thing?


And for those who need --

*sigh* my parents are on day 4 of a 10-night cruise....I think they were in St. Lucia yesterday...

What?!?!? Why didn't I know about this? Where have I been? Oh yeah, I lost my mind.

ETA - Okay, I heard it announced on today's podcast.

If I don't book flights home - is it a bad thing?

I almost never book both flights at the same time. Always looking for a better deal.

I'm jumping up and down in the room, cleared my evening (that's just a few hours away) so i can listen to both shows.
And if someone of my friends is only thinking about calling me this evening i'm going to put the phone there were there is a very dark place.....
No my phone goes off, the doorbel is going to be shut down and tonight there is DIS time.....

But that's only possible when the show is up......

Okay you got me....I'm not quite so patient. But I am at work and I can only get so excited here. There would be far too many questions. Somebody came into my office while I was listening to a podcast, looked at me funny, shook their head, and left.

That and nobody here would appreciate the "Fun on a Boat" song.

Trying not to panic. I started a new project about six weeks ago w/ a go live date at the end of May. Today they announced a vacation freeze for April, May and June

I'm going to send my Project Manager an email tomorrow explaining that this cruise has been planned for a year and since we will be getting back to early Thursday morning, I would technically only be gone three days (Mon- Wed).

I could get a room and work from Florida - and still have the evenings and weekend free to "play".

Keep your fingers crossed and the coming.
