I just saw pics on another thread of the crew doing life boat drills with in port at Nassau. Is this a regular occurance, or a rareity?

Yes, it is regular. They practice all the time.

I don't know...maybe just wanted to mention that a certain someone just helped me move from a Cat. 11 to a Cat. 9.

I am a bit sad though that I won't be on deck 7 anymore but with four of us in the same cabin we need all the space we can get.

A buff is multi-functional, seamless, tubular headgear. It is sort of like a stretchy circle of fabric. On Survivor they give one to each person in their team colors. The women on the show often wear them as tube tops - but I think those are larger than a regular buff. (And don't get any ideas of tube tops on the podcruise - it ain't gonna happen!!)
