Nothing like red vinyl wrapped around two sausages.....

Hey I got post 3000:cheer2: my first milestone post. :cheer2:

Hey Jen, you're a hairdresser, what do you think about the enzo milano curling irons? The cheapest I've been able to find them is $65. Do you think they're worth it?

Depends, everyday use?

No. I have curly hair that I wear straight maybe once every six weeks. I'd only use it to put S curls in my straight hair. When I use my curling iron the wave falls out. And supposedly with this iron they stay in? :confused3

I haven't used it myself, so I tend to lean to no, not worth it. If you want to try it anyway, make sure you can get your money back.

I suggest getting an iron that gets nice and hot and start the curl at the root while clicking and pulling the rest of the hair in. Does that make sense?

Don't bother trying to read all those pages. Todd, Brandie and Jen had a posting war. :confused3 Crazy, I know...:rolleyes1 It's all fluff...

I seem to remember it being a quartet, not a trio. Hmmmmmm...

Thanks for the help. :goodvibes I have a really hot curling iron. I think I will pick one up.
This is what it looks like. no clip and it comes with a special glove.

Alright ladies, I'm off to do some on-line shopping. Stay out of trouble. :lmao:

The glove is so you don't burn your hand since it doesn't have a tip. Most professional irons don't.

George, be sure to have Tracy add you to the list on the first page. Will you be joining our fish extender exchange?

I'm not up on this fish thing you guys are talking about. Sounds crafty and maybe it's best I let Deb look into this.

Speaking of DW Deb. I think I hear her entering the forum.

Hello Everyone,

Debbie here ! As George has mentioned, I'm new to cruising and the DISboards. I am excited about going on this cruise, but also scared stiff. The main thing that has me running scared is seasickness. I figure if I go armed with Dramamine, a wrist patch, whatever people put behind the ear, visit the ship's doc for a shot and slam down a bunch of candied ginger, and wash it down with gingerale, maybe I can get through it. I bet you can wait to meet me! :scared1: :scared1: :scared1: Looking forward to meeting you guys!

It's not working hours yet Jen. :lmao:

Hi Sandy. I think everyone is taking a break tonight. Or having desert. My ice cream is calling me.
