Good Morning!!! The weather has gone a little off kilter. Its supposed to get to 60°. A new record for us. Problem is that its melting all the snow quite quickly and the ground is still frozen and can't absorb all the water, so there are large pools of standing water everywhere. Good thing we don't get gators up in there parts!

Good news is that now we can claim to be the land of 10,000 lakes just like Minnesota

In the "real good news" category, I got two "Yippies!" in the mail yesterday. First I got my credit union check to pay off my cruise!! Now just to apply the payment.
Second, I got $50 in gift cards to Meijer. I apparently entered a contest and I was third runner up. I won first place in a contest with them in November and won a set of eight Dr. Seuss hardcover books. Hmmm.....wonder why I have all this luck with Meijer?

I am trying to keep up with this thread as best as possible but having no luck with that.

Seems like alot of you have your reservation for Palo on the ship. I am going to try and get one at the 75 day mark, but I am looking to get a mani/pedicure for our on sea day. We are going to be at WDW for a week after the cruise and I know I am going to need them

I called to make our first adrs for May 9th I waited on hold with disney dining for 35 minutes Sunday Morning..At the 30 minute mark I decided to call from my husband's phone and got through on his in only 5 minutes!!!! so weird and annoying, makes me wonder if the accuracy of the on hold wait times are fair....apparently it is not first come first served

So, guess what I got for my birthday??? I got a Mickey Mouse cooler It really wasn't a present, except that it was delivered to my house on my birthday. The bad news, it has a rip on the top. Part of the top fabric did not get stitched. The good news is that I'll have two coolers because Disney is sending one to replace it.

Well, since the Podcast brunch isn't a confirmed event (even by Pete's own words), I really want to do brunch so I can always cancel later if the Podcast brunch does happen. I'm just covering my bases.

I'm getting my mani/pedi before the cruise.

I also had issues trying to get ADR's. I hung up after 30 minutes the first time and the second time it took me 20 minutes. On the good side, I did get what I wanted.

I told DH that the cooler would be good for beer, and he said he didn't want beer on the cruise. WHAT???? I then mentioned a bottle of bacardi, and he was a little more excited. I'm thinking of maybe having one of the girls carry the cooler as a carry-on on the plane, minus the alcohol. I think I'm going to see if I have any good friends that are driving and stopping for alcohol pick us up some beverages before the cruise.

I'm doing my mani/pedi before I leave Indiana. Must have the little fingers and toes looking BEE-YOU-TEE-FULL upon arrival!

I'm also thinking of using it as my carry-on for the flight (minus the alcohol...stoooopid 3 ounce rules.....) my spreadsheets and a book or two will fit with plenty of room to spare. I'm just the opposite of a weekend traveler. I hate taking stuff on the plane. I'd much rather not have to worry about cramming it in the overhead bin or hitting people with it. Most of the time a backpack is pushing it for me.

As for going to the liquor store....we are going. I am sure we can 'smuggle' some to you.
