I have a question about ADR's. Yvette asked me to mention to the CM at the DRC that there was a person with a dining restriction when the ADR was made. This made me wonder if I need to have them revised for my diabetes, or is that something each restaurant handle that since it is a common thing?

They can certainly handle that when you arrive. A big concern would be allergies.

Cruise question..well sort of.

The Swan/Dolphin special for pre-cruise is about $119/night plus $10 for parking, plus $10 for resort charge, correct?

Are there still openings for the 8th and 9th???

Before the $10 resort fee and $10 parking fee, it is $111.38 per night. ($99 + 12.5% tax)...

Just popping in to say hi. I'm still not sure what I am going to do for the FE gifts. My head is starting to hurt from thinking about it so much.

Yes there are still rooms for the 8th and 9th. Email me if you want to get a room.

Are you talking about the snorkeling trail at Castaway Cay or the one where you go on a catamaran away from the island? For the snorkel trail, it is fun but I would recommend to do this early, as soon as you get off the ship. This is because when the ship comes in it stirs up the sediment and also when the swimmers all get in they stir up the sediment. It takes a while to get in the snorkeling area, but we can definitely see more and it is clearer earlier.

For the catamaran one, I recommend it but not for your first trip. You meet on the ship so it doesn't really pay to get off right away and therefore you miss some time in the morning. Then you go away from the ship and get back around 12:30 or so. While it was a fun excursion and the snorkeling was much better than the snorkel trail, if you've never been to Castaway Cay, I would stay on the island instead. There is always your next cruise!

What about Nassau? I read that there is a catamaran tour there too. Would it be better to do it there?

If I decide not to do the tour at Nassau, how hard is it to get to a good beach from the ship?

Hey, everyone! This thread is great unless you miss a day and then it's impossible to catch up. Did I miss anything?

I know what you mean. I got about 34 gifts and bags done this weekend. I have to buy about 45 more gifts, and supplies for about 40 bags. The gifts I have been buying are similar and cost about the same but are different items. I am happy I have a couple more months. I am going to have to ship them because it is going to be a lot of stuff. Here is a picture to give you a idea.
