Not sure about DH, George but there are no worries about the cruise. I'm planning accordingly so I'm prepared whatever he decides. I was even thinking about making one of you guys ride with me to the port so I wouldn't have to do it alone!

I'll have my own car but we will definately work something out. I imagine a lot of us will be forming convoys. Whatever happens we'll have you covered Dara.

Because I may never again get to use my passport.... We've decided to take a trip with some friends in January. We are thinking tropical. Anyone have any suggestions as to where we should go? I'm thinking something Caribbean.

I'm very nervous about the whole thing so I've made myself a UGE crockpot full of lamb, potatoes, carrots, onions and I'll throw some mushrooms in there right before I eat some.... just to calm my nerves.

Dara, I'm so sorry about your DH. Will you still bring your DD? Hopefully this all works out well for you.

I called DH today and told him we were going to have a 'chat' while DD11 is having a sleepover tomorrow night. He's been saying lately that I need to cancel the cruise 'cause he's not going. I told him when I called that I was NOT canceling the cruise under ANY circumstances and that he needed to really think about his decision before giving me his final answer about it. (I'm paying for it so it's not his decision to make.) This is just one of the MANY things I'm gonna bring up when we 'chat'. Tomorrow evening is gonna be really fun.

I thought he was coming on the cruise Dara. He doesn't want to come now? I'm sorry things are going this way. Good Luck with your chat.

I just got an email from Tracy stating that my reservation has been changed to the Swan. Anyone else receive this change? Isn't the Swan, like, better than the Dolphin?

Thanks, Tracy, for the headsup! BTW, I called in and paid the balance on the room earlier today after receiving the confirmation email regarding the change in nights.


Edit: I just realized, Tracy, that I've been at the Swan the whole time (no change)!

Your passports will be good for 10 years (5 years for the kids). You may very well get to use them in the future. Maybe another cruise.
