Sometimes things work out the way they are supposed to.

I have now started calling back if I get a rep I don't like. If I call member services and get a rep who is being a pain or doesn't seem to know their job, I tell them that someone is at the door and then hang up. Hoping that I'll get someone more helpful when I call back.

I wonder if Brandie's hubby Matt is going to hijack this thread again today? Oh! And if they are both posting under her account isn't that a "double-dip" violation?

Well since I am out of the 'elite' club, I will simply say that I can't wait to stay at my first DVC resort....

So sign Jen up for the dingy behind the ship. I will keep my cabin!

Hey Jen just wanted to say we drove down with Ethan 3 times. You definately need a DVD player. We also left at night around 10 and drove all night while he slept. Lotsa coffee and vivarin and then we crashed first night. We are doing it again this upcoming trip. I love having the car and all the extra snacks and room. It took us about 14 hours and we did stop and eat at cracker barrell twice. Good Luck with that. LOL However you have way more kiddos to entertain than me.

I just don't know what to do.....

I'm applying for mine next week. The county clerk where I was born is open late on Wednesdays so I will go after work to get my certified copy of my birth certificate and Thursday to the Post Office.

I should still have it in enough time, right?

What? The name change thing? Remember he was never officially adopted, so before we got married he had to officially change his name.

I was wondering if we will have time to get lunch on board if we use the Disney transfers. You said they start sign up for the bus at 11am, and someone else said they did not leave until 12:30. If that is the case, I don't think we will have time to eat on board, because Kevin said Parrot Cay closed at 2, and I don't think we will get to the port before 1:30. This may influence my choice about a rental car just to get to and from the port. Maybe.

I took Disney transfers on my last cruise and I did have time to eat lunch. I made it into Parrot Cay before 2pm. The last time I took a Disney cruise was 2007 and the transfer left at 12:30. It is possible that they have changed the time since then though.

It looks like Tracy posted that the tranfers will get you to the port by 1:30. It sounds like they still leave the resort at 12:30. When I arrived last time a little before 1:30 on the transfer, it was not crowded in the terminal. I was able to check in right away and get right on board and into Parrot Cay. Make sure you do the online check in. This will save lots of time at the terminal.

I would love this if you can convince him to part with some money this would be great.
I also wanted to let you guys know it has been a very busy couple of days here.
I am going to spend the afternoon trying to catch up.
Hopefully this will take my worries away.
DH is having surgery today and I am waiting on a call from the hospital.
Hopefully with good news that I can come a get him.

A good mani should last 2 weeks.
A pedi 1 month.

The pedicure I had on the Disney Magic lasted a month without chipping. but after a month you could clearly see new nail growth.

Give yourself at least 4 weeks to be safe. I work for the post office and used to spend a good portion of my day answering phones and passport questions.
