My 4 year old just had a "maple syrup" field trip. My Dh went with him, but he said it was really interesting. They learned about how to make maple syrup and had a tasting. Of course, my DS that doesn't eat didn't like it.

They probably don't allow this on a field trip, but if he were to drink sap from the bucket then put some maple syrup over ice chips I bet he'd try both of thoses.
My little one is timid about trying new things.
The maple syrup is not new, but the sap experince was.

Well if you are ever in Ontario at the right time I will take you.
The collection time is short lived. Only a week or two.
Don't forget to bring your rubber boots and a rainsuit you'll need it.
The rubber boots for walking in the snow and mud.
The rainsuit for the spillage of sap that happens when you are riding on the back of the trailer with the sap container.

Stress. I thought after 5 years of not smoking, I would be able to deal with stress without having a cigarette, but I just could not do it. I'm pretty sure I can quit again cold turkey.... I just haven't done it yet.

But you went 5 YEARS! Quit already!!!!!
OK, that's all I'm gonna say. I'm not gonna preach at ya.

My DH is going to start quitting in the next week. A carton is going up from 35.00 to 52.00. I told him when his cig budget for the month is as much as his car payment it is time to give it up. LOL. I am an ex smoker I quit for good when I got pregnant with my son.

Our cartons up here are $88.00 the last time I checked.
We get ours from the native reserve and pay $32.00
I am trying to quit right now.
Down from 1 1/2 packs a day to 1 pack every two days.
Now I need to cut down a little more.
Last week I made 1 pack last 4 days.
I can't quit cold turkey I tried and failed at that.
So I figured I would try this way.
My goal is to be a non-smoker by the time we get to WDW.

well just finished cleaning up a nice pile of puke! My son decided to puke everywhere just before going to bed. lovely. I am always amazed at the amount of puke that can come out of a baby or toddler.

I can't go to the local midnight showing/DVD purchase that my friends are going to but one of them had pre-ordered the DVD so I get her copy! The local theatre is showing it on the big screen & you buy the DVD with your ticket as well.

That's what I am using (Zyban)
When I have a smoke it tastes horrible, that has really helped.

That's the reason that i'll buy as much as i can tax free.....
