First day...

First morning for us - early ADR for Crystal Palace is our tradition and gets us in Disney "mode". We couldn't even think of doing a full day though. It's shorter Park visits for us with plenty of downtime to recharge batteries. Certainly it seems to make sense of using the first few days when we wake early to get in as many attractions as possible before the parks become too busy.

We always go to MK on the first day, arrive before rope drop and hard core the rides until 1.30pm. Then it's lunch at Crystal Palace always on that first day followed by the afternoon parade (if there is one). We generally find at this point the travelling and early start has introduced us to 'the wall' so we go back to the hotel for a nap and a swim. I would struggle to change our first day ritual now......
