Has anyone travelled with them in this way?
If so can you tell me how it was.
Do you have any pictures, do you remember what you ate?
Just general stuff.

TIA

Hi - we travelled Premier Star Class in October and it was wonderful - no queuing at check in, a slightly higher luggage allowance - glass of bubbly before take off (I love those bubbles!!), the food was good (but still airline food!) - the menu was mozzarella & tomato salad, pasta salad
chicken in mushroom sauce or beef dianne or sweet potato with mediterranean vegetables.
Berry desert anf then cheese and biscuits, free drinks and really attentive staff. I think this years star class includes car hire upgrade and free enrty to the airport lounge at Sanford.

We are off agin at the end of the month but star class is full so we'll be able to compare the two.

Have a great trip no matter what you decide.

Thanks for all the info.
We are definitley going on Star Class premier it is all booked.
We have only gone before by Virgin Economy so am just wondering how it will compare.
Do you know how the seats were laid out was they twos or threes.
Did you have lots of legroom.
My husband always struggles when people put their seats back on normal flights.

It's definitely was better than Virgin Economy - much more legroom. Even if the person in front fully reclines, you should still have plenty of room. I think the seat configuration was 2 - 3 - 2. It's not really comparable to PE or UC, but it's not far off PE. And the seatback tv's are good - they can be paused and rewound, and you can watch a film from the beginning, whenever you decide to tune in.

The only downside I found was that the seats are basically pre-allocated, so when you check in, you can't ask for a particular seat. I much prefer to be next to the window, and hate flying in the aisle, but even though we did night before check in, we were told our seats were fixed (aisle) and they had no way of altering that, despite the fact I had asked for a note to be made on the booking that I wanted a window seat.

I am sure you will be happy - the service is good, the seats very comfortable, and it's just nice being in a smaller cabin. Enjoy it :goodvibes

Thank you it sounds like it should be good.
The only thing winding me up now is that I booked through First Choice Holiday Hypermarket and the references they give you don't let you manage your booking online so frustrating the only thing we can do is pay online.

We flew with these back in October and it was Fantastic! Well worth the money to upgrade, i am a lady who is hard to impress but i was very happy! Food was lovely and plenty of it, free drinks and as stated previously the staff were very good. We also got a few extra perks being our Wedding, we had lounge excess both ends, free park tickets (although we had already bought ours!) and free champagne!

Have a great trip :thumbsup2

Another big thumbs up for star class premier. We used it for our trip in Aug last year (not to Disney as I would not fly with anybody else but Virgin to the US).

The seat layout is indeed 2-3-2, food was v good, as well as the check in and boarding process. The onboard facilited were v good (I played Millionaire for about 2 hours) and its great that you can pause films etc...

I am sure you will love it. If I ever fly first choice again I would def upgrade.

Enjoy

I'M flying from Bristol to sanford in October any one done this route ? How was the stop in Manchester I heard it's about an hour and there is no power so you have to just to have to wait it out.
