My BF and I are taking our first trip with kids. WDW Thanksgiving week. There will be 7 of us total; 2 adults, 19, 17, 15, 7, 6. All the kids get along fine but I am anxious about our ride vehicle/party split. I don't want anyone to feel left out. For example, Test Track fits 6. Unless we split up then there will be 1 of us all alone in a separate car. I'm thinking the easiest would be 4/3. Me and my BF with the 2 youngest and the 3 older kids together.

The cast members usually do a great job of dividing groups that won't fit in a single ride vehicle. They won't even suggest having one person ride alone. I would try to switch up the way you split the group so everyone has a chance to ride with everyone

We go with extended family and on things like this, splitting the party up is what we do. I think splitting up 4/3 on things like test track would work well.

Its really not that hard. Only a few rides might it even be an issue. If you know the ride fits 6, when they ask how many, just have the first person say 4 and then the next group say three. The only possible issue is making sure that the 7 and 6 year old are not paired up for two seat rides as they are not old enough to ride alone together. I never ,minded being the odd one out on two seat rides, I just get so into the ride and enjoyed it alone.

I guess my main concern is making sure my BF's 19 year old daughter feels included without catering to her. My BF gets along great with my kids but his daughter is a lone wolf by choice.
