First Aid Kit

Try Target or any drug store in your area. I kind of made my own. I am known to bring almost everything and anything with us whne we go. MIL an FIL loved this fact when they traveled with us the first time to WDW.

I would agree with Target.

You could also try sporting goods stores like Dick's or Sports Authority. They usually have them in the camping department. Also, I'm sure Walmart has them.

Walmart has them for around $1.00 in the travel bins, or you can check sporting goods for different sizes.

Anyone know where I can get a cheap but good travel first aid kit??

Why don't you just get a zip top bag and make your own kit with stuff you know you will need and use. Many of those kits have stuff you never need or use.

After a few uses you are left with some aspirin packs, an alcohol wipe or two and a big book telling you how to splint broken bones with some twigs and a bandanna.:goodvibes

You are mostly going to need some band aids, pain reliever of your choice and some antacids. Anything more and I think you should go to first aid or call 911.

Edit: My wife added benadryl and Imodium

Any dollar store has first aid no-name and some brand name items to make up your own first aid kit. Probably cheaper too and you will get more items than if you buy the little kits which only give you a few items in each category of first aid. I would imagine these items would be packed into a checked bag as you are already limited for the 1 qt ziplock bag, 3 oz. or under with the toiletries on the carryone per person.

We made our own several years ago. We bought a clear, zippered bag and loaded it with blister pades, neosporean, gauze pads, advil, tape sunburn loation, flashlights and stuff like that. Now when we go back to WDW, we take stock of the kit and replenish what is needed. The initial cost of putting one together is kinda expensive, but replenishing is very cheap.

I carry a first aid kit in my suitcase that I got at the drug store. I also carry in my :rotfl2: fanny pack and small first aid kit with bandaids, neosporin, aspirin, and alcohol wipes.

I have a travel one that I got in the dollar bin at walmart. it has basically what you'll need: bandaids, alcohol wipes. When mine is empty, i replace it with bandaids(the kind with the neosporin stuff already on it) and alcohol wipes. I carry around a bottle of pain reliever kid and adult, benadryl(the chewable ones) for my allergy prone 7 year old and Immodium

Target has a small travel sized First Aid Kit by Johnson and Johnson. It comes with some band aids and an alcohol wipe.

I don't think it would need to be placed in the 3 oz Liquids Ziploc bag? I'm just tossing it in my baggallini separate from my Quart Ziploc.

You can also get it at Walmart, I believe.
