OK I started out on Sat and got halfway through the Emily tape when DS woke up. No workout yesterday but today I did get in Lower Body sculpt 1. I won't mention the pizza and burgers I ate this weekend! How is everyone?
 
I did a 30 minute walk this morning. I then came home and did total muscle shaping with Stephanie.
 
This morning it was BSS1 cardio sculpt with Allie. Great work out, even if I could only do 36 minutes before I had to get ready for work.

FIRMIES!
I'm so busy at work that this will be a quick post.
Saturday, I "tried" Hips, Thighs & Abs. I felt that I really missed having a sculpting stick for Hips & Thighs and I struggled with the Ab workout.
Yesterday, I returned to Cardio Sculpt w/ Allie. Nothing like a familar workout to make you feel better about a stumbling workout the day before.
This AM was another old favorite, Cardio Sculpt Blaster w/ Lisa Kay.

Good Monday Afternoon FIRMies :wave2:

I really needed a warm & fuzzy workout today (our cat, Pumpkin, died and I have to tell ds when he comes home from school :( ), so I went back to MCB and Allie--had to be in the Comfort Zone today, if that makes any sense.

Julie, if you're reading this, I hope your dh is doing fine. You both remain in my thoughts and prayers. :hug:

I am sitting here previewing advance cardio blast with Lisa. All I can say is wow!! There is no down time in this workout. SHe is doing some serious moves. It jumps from lower to upper in no time flat. This is on the high box:eek: The next series is floor work, but it moves fast with lots of jumps and moves all around the box. The next step challenge has squats and lunges going the long way over the box. The inclined box goes through a series of run half on and half off the box. There are lots of run movies on the incline box. Plent of jumping jacks. THen we go into step on the incline box. There is even a turn step on the incline. I think tomorrow moring is going to be a challenge. It is only 35 minutes long, but I don't think that just because it's a short workout that you won't get a challenge. I'm excited about tomorrow, but oh boy!! If I watch the rest tonight, I'll come and write about the moves. If not I'll do it tomorrow. I also brought express cardio with Stephanie, and Express total body shaping with Pam. Lisa, I think you'd love this one. From the looks of the cover and from the description, it's a lot like hips, bun and abs that we like so much, but maybe a bit harder, like that was neccessary.
 
Al right. I just can't help it. I'm still previewing firm tapes:teeth: The Express total body shaping looks great. The only thing that is used in this workout is the sculpting stick. You go through some cardio, a good ab workout segment and boy the leg workouts look tough. There is a lot of inner thigh work. She really uses new and innovative moves. I think everyone should get this for those days when you think you are going low, and then watch it kick your butt. I'm now on to Stephanie's express cardio
 
Good Mornin all!! Boy do I feel good and tired this morning. I did a 25 minute walk and I did Express Cardio with Stephanie. I didn't review this tape yesterday, I got tired of typing. Express cardio is high energy. She walks around the box, jumps over the box and does squat jumps on the low step. There are two segemts on the incline box. WOW those are killer. Squats off the incline box with power. Moving up the box at a high pace. There is also a segment on the high box. Quick leg presses. Those are hard to do with me being so little, but I did them. Lots of squats on the box (this is with light weights mind you) There also is cardio on the floor. Lots of power moves. Stephanie really kept you jumping mostly the whole video. When I say lots of jumping, I mean lots of jumping, hopping and jacks. All of this in 30 minutes. I was dripping buckets. The moves are kinda hard to keep up with, but I'm up for the challenge.

Anyway, I've reviewed all the new tapes. Until they come up with some more..................:teeth:

Good afternoon Firmies!

I took the wimpy road this morning and did super body sculpt (ab only). It's just 10 minutes and I was running short on time but my body is sore too. I don't think I've taken a break from working out in about 2 months and I didn't want to mess with that streak.

Kim - my WISH-sis, I'm so sorry to hear about your cat. I'm sure your son will be so sad when he finds out. {{{hugs}}} I feel the same way about BSS1 cardio sculpt with Allie. When I do that one it's like going back to my Firm roots, or going home. Anyway, take care sweetie!

Sheree - you are a bad bad influence with your BSS3 reviews! That Express Cardio sounds tough! What a great job you've done in getting through it! I don't have the box but Express Total Body Shaping sounds like it's right up my alley, especially since you don't need the box. I do love HT&A and should have done that one this morning but I'm too sore. I think I've done a Firm work out everyday for almost 2 months and the body just couldn't take a tough work out this morning.

sueg - that HT&A is tough isn't it? I don't have the sculpting stick either and don't think I'd use it for this one even if I had it. Those moves are downright tough all by themselves. I only wish they'd show Libby more. Sometimes I don't think I'm doing beginner moves and when they don't show Libby for a while I end up doing the moves like Pam and I'm not up for all that just yet! Ha! Anyway, I love BSS1 cardio sculpt with Allie too. It's just like going home again with all familar moves. I enjoy cardio sculpt blaster with Lisa Kay too but that one is getting really easy. I should have probably done that one this morning. Maybe tomorrow.
 
Well I swear I was going to do a tape but DS got up again. I forgot all about the seasonal change today and it always affects him (long story!). so things should settle down and I can firm everyday especially where our wdw vacation is six weeks from Sat so I've got to up my metabalism!

I took on new responsibilities at work & so I'll be posting sporadically. Yesterday, I did Power Yoga...not sure why...but I liked it & felt good afterwards. This AM I did Body Sculpt Blaster w/ Nancy & broke a good sweat. Can't decide what to do tomorrow...maybe HT&Abs. Can't let one "imperfect" workout scare me off FOREVER!

I only have a time for a really quick post. I did cardio sculpt blaster with Lisa Kaye this morning. It is usually an easy one for me but it was a little tough this morning.

Hi Firmies:)

Dropping to say hi and that I'm still doing my BSS1 tapes. Though not as often as i used to since i started working. Its just really hard to keep a good workout schedule. But I have been doing AS and BS(arms) for the past couple of months on a fairly regular basis. Rotated in CS again on Tues and then worked the floor at my store last night. Boy, can i really feel my thighs right now. Ay Carumba! Good news is that even though I haven't done CS since i started working I'm still only about 3 minutes behind where i used to stop. So, I'm happy and will try to get the tape in once i week. I still haven't rotated the legs workout of BS back in yet and I might not. I never liked Jen much anyway. So i may just rely on my job and CS for lower body workouts right now.

As far as arms and abs go, I'm doing very well. I'm considering moving up to 8lbs for a couple of exercises and I've lost another 2 inches on my waist. I'll have to go buy new jeans for m anniversary trip because I'm quite sure that the pairs i have will just fall down LOL.

And here's a dilemna i found on the community board. If you could check the thread and possibly help her out it'd be great. I tried a little, but don't know how much help i was.

No workout again this am. DD's bedroom is ready so once she moves back in and things are sort of back to normal :p I can get back on my firm schedule. Boy after a few days you can really feel the difference from not working out. Things just don't fit right!!

I just wanted to let you all know that I'm borrowing ds's former kindergarten teacher's BSS3 set so that I can give it a try over the weekend! :hyper: I got her into The FIRM after she saw what their workouts were doing for me---yeah, like dropping 110 pounds! She knew me when I weighed 235 and was amazed at what FIRMing helped me do, so I lent her Cardio Sculpt nearly a year ago and was she hooked! I'll let you all know how it goes!

I also wanted to thank you all for the sweet and kind Pumpkin-Wishes the other day. I love you guys! :grouphug:
 
Good evening Firmies!

This morning I did BSS1 ab sculpt. It's been a while since I did this one. I think doing the ab work in BSS3 HT&A and super body sculpt has helped strengthened my abs big time. This used to be a difficult work out but it wasn't so bad this morning.

Kim - you'll love BSS3! I can't wait to hear your review. Give HT&A a try and let me know what you think of it. You're in such great shape it will probably be no biggie for you but that Pam Meriweather is tough!
 
Well this am I didn't do anything. DS slept through the night in her new bed so i got stuff done that I had been putting off so starting tomorrow firming everyday ok I'll try to firm everyday. Have a great weekend everyone.
 
Yesterday was Total Body sculpt

This morning was advanced cardio blast with Lisa. This was the new one I reviewed. I finally did it and all I can say is WOW! Like she says, this is tough. I never sweated so much in 30 minutes. This is my new fav. cardio workout::yes::
