Good Morning FIRMies!
Thank you, everyone, for your good thoughts and prayers for little Bailey. I got a phone call this morning that said she's still in critical condition and on the respirator--no change, which I'm hoping is good news--at least she isn't worse. We've found a mom who works at the same trauma center, so she's going to try and get us an update. We so appreciate your kindness in thinking of her and her family.
I did Pam's SCSc and Cathe's IMAX3 step-only premix this morning. "This is something you can work 'toe-wards.' " I live in the south, and I've never heard anyone pronounce 'towards' 'toe-wards' like Pam does. And she also says 'pyramid' as 'pyra-mad.'
I like little idiosyncricies like that.
Have a lovely day, everyone, and thank you again for all your kind thoughts.

Please know that Bailey will be in our hearts, our thoughts and our prayers. My heart just aches for her and her family and what they are all going through.
, but I feel more like this now.
I'm still not feeling well, but while I was working out I felt pretty good. (Exercise endorphins?
) After the workout, I feel like this:

Ever since you said you did Cathe's SJP last week, it's been on my mind, so after a long weekend of no exercise, I popped in the DVD player and gave it a go! I always forget how much fun this workout is--the step choreography is great (strike a pose, GoldenEye!), and that last section of hi/lo (that Dooba-Dooba song! Or Shooba-Dooba, or Scooby-Do, or whatever it is!
I really enjoy Cathe's personallity in this one, too. She and her whole crew (c'mon, ya just gotta love how Brenda's always going the wrong way during hi/lo--I soooooo relate to her!) seem like they're really having fun.
I plead the 5th! Don't ya just love that workout though!! I also love boot camp. She just knows how to get my blood pumping. I really love her pyramid lower body too. The only thing I can't do very well with Cathe is any of her total step workouts as the get me
