Good morning, and we begin August!
Today I got in about 30 mins of Taebo and DS woke up to come downstairs. Thankfully he is asleep on the couch right now. Poor guy was sick last night. So at least I got in a good sweat and feel like I worked out. Can't wait for the firm yoga dvd to come from netflix.

I can't tell ya the last time I ran, plus all that. That is not a plateau breaking workout, that's a kill yourself workout. I hope you feel better dear, but even if you did, would you attempt all that???

As we were leaving my MIL's last night, I stepped on the dog's bone and twisted my ankle.
