I've been waffling about this all day ... but I think today is going to be a rest day. I've got a bit of a strain to my right hamstring/inner thigh. I was trying to just be careful when I stretched and stuff, and it seemed ok. Yesterday I walked across the kitchen floor right after the dog was slobbering his water all over the tile, and my foot slipped akwardly ... of course I immediately felt it in my leg. It's not horrible, but I can definitely feel it.
I worked out a schedule of workouts for the month of August and I'm on track to get in about 810 minutes of FIRMing ... I can still meet that goal if I take tonight off ... I'm also hoping a day of rest will keep me from doing more damage to the muscle.
