FIRMIES!
It's been a week since I've posted, so I started by reading thru the week's posts. Although I haven't had time to be on the Bds., I've been FIRMing.
Last Sunday, after the convention, I returned to my new BSS3 workout, Complete Body Sculpting w/ Christa. This may be my "go-to" workout, from BSS3. Monday, it was Cardio Sculpt Blaster, Tuesday, it was Body Sculpt Blaster. I know I worked out on Wednesday, but I can't remember what I did...maybe Super Body Sculpt(?) Thursday, I tried my new Power Yoga. I was surprised to learn that many of the Yoga moves are incorporated in other FIRM workout, primarily in the Ab sections. I think I like this yoga tape, but it is not a serious "workout". This AM was a planned off-day, good thing because DH & I slept right thru the alarm! Based on the rave reviews from ZerasPride, I may try Hips, Thighs & Abs this weekend.
