Morning All!
Hope everyone's enjoyin' their FIRMin'!
Yep, Mel, Tracie Long Productions! They seem to be a love 'em or hate 'em style of workout, but they seem so different that I thought they'd be great to add a little variety. I wish I could see preview clips of them, but there aren't any--not even on her website. Ya Yas are giving them good reviews and I tend to trust their opinions--they tell you the good with the bad. I believe you need a stability ball (have that), med. ball (don't have), and bands (don't have) to use for some upper and lower body work--I know she sells the bands on her site. I spent soooo much $$$ when I purchased all my Cathe stuff, and now need to get another set of dumbells, so I just hate to keep spending money on so much equipment--I'm also seriously running out of room for everything. But the TLPs really intrigue me and Tracie seems like a very unique instructor/choreographer. The Power 90X is a super-tough, highly advanced gym-style workout which just about everyone agrees lives up to all it's hype. They only sell the workouts as a set--12 of them--and I'm not too sure I'm interested in a 1 1/2 hour yoga video! The cost is around $170 for everything, and I'd have to buy a chin-up bar. I just don't know if it's for me... Let me know if you hear anything else on the TLPs--good or bad--I trust your opinions!
Have a GREAT DAY FIRMies!

I have no doubt that I will be sore tomorrow.
), and then go back to FIRMing. I'm not sure what I will do yet.
