I'm trying to get back on track.... sometimes easier said than done. :blush: I did 40 minutes of cardio and light weights today. I think I'll be a little sore in the morning. ::yes::

Another rainy run for me today. I ran 4.1 miles today. I chose a slightly shorter run today because (a) I was concerned about my knee starting to hurt in the middle of my run and (b) my body was just too darn tired to run too long. Tomorrow will definitely be a rest day.

Yesterday was a rest day. Today I'm starting a new 6-week rotation. I've never followed a rotation, so we'll see how it goes. I did Cardio & Weights today.
 
Hi everyone! I started with a 2.6 mile run, then did Pyramid Lower Body. Those leg exercises on the stability ball are tough! Ouch!!

sheree', I'm doing a rotation I found on the YaYa's board. I copied the first 3 weeks below. Then it repeats for another 3 weeks. I just got KickMax and PUB/PLB last week and I thought this rotation looked good for me. I've made a few modifications - I don't have CTX, so I'm substituting other cardio; Friday is my rest day; and I'll be taking a kickbox class on Thursday nights at the rec center which I'll just add to the scheduled workout that day.

Saturday - Muscle Endurance

Monday - Bootcamp
Tuesday - Kickbox Cardio 45-60 minutes
Wednesday - Muscle Endurance

Friday - CTX 10-10-10 (cardio only) plus Pyramid Lower Body

Good morning everyone. Off the terminator, I did the Gauntlet workout this morning. I just couldn't do another hardcore extreme workout, so this was the best substitution!
 
Good morning everyone. Power Hour plus 200 jumping jacks for me today. I just didn't want to do muscle endurance, so I substituted. I like power hour. Don't like all those jumping jacks. If I feel up to it, I might just do the other 200!
 
I did Kick Max for the first time today. I'm still undecided how I feel about this workout. I'll have to do it a few more times before I decide. The blasts really get your heartrate soaring.

I did IMAX2 this morning. I always look forward to this workout. It has a huge FUN factor for me.

Body Max? Isn't that 90 minutes long? I'm impressed with anyone who can survive Cathe for 90 minutes!

yup, all 90 minutes of it!! However, if you skip the upper body work, it's an hour. The step is alot like Imax 2. I think that's why I thought it was fun. However, it was on an 8 inch step!! All that jumping on an 8 inch step. But it really was a great workout.

Good morning everyone! Cardio Kicks for me this morning. I really like this kickboxing workout!
 
I had trouble getting to sleep last night. This morning I was so tired, but still managed to get through Muscle Endurance. I have my first kickboxing class tonight.
 
Step jump and pump for me today!
