Are there certain times in November when the Disney fireworks are not on

If you're talking about Magic Kingdom:

Any night there is a Halloween or Christmas party, fireworks will be shown during the party, so you would need a ticket to be in the park to see it.

In recent years there has been an early close night for a cast member service award event. So no public fireworks that night either.

Fireworks are shown every night at Magic Kingdom, HS, and Epcot year round.

The only way you wouldn't see it is if there's a ticketed event going on that you don't want to purchase, the park is rented out, or its a closed event for cast members. But all of those scenarios are usually announced months in advance so you'll know far ahead of time.

Unless you see otherwise, you can plan for seeing fireworks nightly

Just wondering as we are going in November for a wedding and hoping to get Grand 1 yacht to view the fireworks

If your night is one with either "regular" (Once Upon a Time) fireworks -or- on a night with MVMCP fireworks, you will be able to see the show from the Grand 1.
