Fireworks viewing

Has anyone viewed the fireworks outside of DL recently? I have someone possibly coming in this weekend wanting to spend an evening at DTD and I thought it would be nice to find a good viewing spot for the fireworks. Ive seen the new show a few times from the top of the hub on Main street, but not from outside yet. Ive also saw the old show from places other than DL. Just wondering if there was a better spot outside to catch the new show than others. Is there still good viewing in the parking structure? Nothing can beat the view from infront of the castle im sure of that, but where would you sugguest to view outside the park? TIA

On top of the Parking Structure or near the tower of the DIsneyland Hotel closest to DTD (make sure trees and buildings aren't blocking your view and you can also hear the music there, as it is piped into the hotel).
