fireworks timing @Cali Grill

OK, they finally posted the March hours. Fireworks for the night we are planning to do California Grill are at 7:00 pm. I made our ps for 6:00 pm. I figured we'd try to get there by 5:30.
Do you think this timing is good if we would like to request a window table. I figured we might have to wait a bit. I didn't want to be standing around still waiting for a table when the fireworks started. I also don't want to be too early and be finished with dinner before the fireworks even start.
Oh, by the way , we are going March 6th.
Anyone, have any experience with this that will help me !!!

I think I am driving myself nuts with trying to time everything perfectly
I just may lose it if they decide to change the time of the fireworks.

Getting a window table for the fireworks is the pure luck. We request one each time we go to the CG and get one about 50% of the time. We have arrived as much as an hour ahead of our PS time and that doesn't seem to make any difference. In fact, if you get there too early, they may seat you sooner than your PS time and then you will be finished eating. Window table assignments are based on table availability and size of your party. When you check in, tell them that you are willing to wait for a window table if they think that one will be available before 7PM. It has been my experience, that as long as you are on the MK side of the restaurant, the view of the fireworks is very good from any of the tables. The problem is that most people who arrive in the 1- 1 1/2 hours before the fireworks usually stay at their table until the display is over. Very few tables on the MK side of the CG open up in the 30-45 minutes before the scheduled fireworks time. Once it is over, there is mass exodus and there are lots of tables.

You can sit and have dinner at the tables by the bar. They are first come first serve but the view is incredible! You can eat your entire meal there. The chairs are really confy and they have prettty good table service. Good Luck!
