Fireworks Question

Might sound like a dumb question, but our MK day is Jan 21. We will probably stay until closing so we can see fireworks. The schedule is showing 2 fireworks shows (Happily ever after and once upon a time)...is this normal? Which show do you pick? One is at 8 and the other 8:45.

Yes, it's normal. Happily Ever After is the larger of the two and is my favorite. If you only go to Once Upon A Time, you might have trouble getting a spot after Happily Ever After let's out. I would recommend with going to Happily Ever After and staying put for Once Upon A Time or only going to Happily Ever After.

Normal, but Once Upon A Time is not a fireworks show. It's a projection show on the castle. Happily Ever After is definitely the one you want to see.
Watch OUAT only if you're up to it. HEA is a must-do.

For clarity, Once Upon a Time is not a fireworks show. It is a castle projection show with a few castle / low height fireworks (but it’s not a material part of the show).

Perfect! Thanks everyone! we have nothing planned after 6:30pm that day so we should be able to make it to the 8 pm fireworks. How early do people start camping out?

Some start really early- like an hour before. I walked near the hub last night about 15 minutes before, and had a pretty good view.

We try to aim for 20 min before. If you have a stroller you may want to allow more time. It's a little more difficult maneuvering through the crowds with a stroller.

Lol this might sound crazy, but an hour before isn’t that early for DL standards people start at like 5 pm for 9:30pm fireworks. But good to know! We will wait starting 20 minutes before I think
