Fireworks- every night???

I remember from my trip to Disneyland in May 2001, that because it was off season the park closed early most days and there were parades and fireworks only a few times a week.

During this trip to DisneyWorld, I want to arrange a birthday cruise/ firework viewing for my daughters 16th b-day. How do I find out if there will be fireworks that night? Or, do they do them every night in DisneyWorld regardless of the season?

You can check your dates on the official WDW site for times. As far as I know, weather permitting, all parks except for AK do a nightly "kiss goodnight" fireworks show. MK does FITS, MGM does Fantasmic!, Epcot does the magnificent IROE.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the only fireworks cruise would be at Epcot.
