Fireworks Dessert Party

Hi,

I am looking at doing this party for 5 of us however we are on the DDP.
Do you think it's worth it while on the DDP or wait and see if they do it another year and do it then when not on DDP?

Any opinions on this is much appreciated,

We have 16 nights DDP then 7 nights cruise so decided against it this time.
If you did decide to go for it you might struggle to get in now Jack, many nights were selling out.

Too true! I tried to book DH and DS last night, and there was nothing available

The CM I spoke to said they would see how popular it was before they decided to or not. Now, maybe I'm sticking my neck out here, but the fact that it is totally booked out, and people are still trying to book, I would think was a clear indication that it was a hit!

We'll be at the MK Fireworks Dessert Party on 10 Aug. All the reviews I've read have been positive.

27th August for us, really looking forward to this one - i like my Desserts

We are doing it on August 5th, my little girl is booked in for the full package at BBB at DTD that morning as a belated birthday treat (she was 5 on July 5th) and we are having lunch at CRT so it seemed like a perfect end to a special day for her and us. I have read several reviews and they have all been very good so to say that I am looking forward to it is an understatement.

WOW. Those desserts look spectacular. I for one hope that this proves to be so popular that they decide to keep it on for good so we can give it a go in October.

I really fancy this, so I hope that they keep it on for a while yet, the only thing that puts me off is that one of the ladies that I know from the US boards did it a couple of weeks ago and was dissapointed with it, she said that many of the desserts were not being replenished and that she found it hard to get a good view of Spectro, but the view of Wishes was amazing. She is doing a dining report so I will try and find the link to her review of the FDP.

Has it been extended then as my understanding from when I spoke to Disney Dining that it finishes on the 28th but you've booked the 29th????
