Fireworks Cruise - May 6 BCV - anyone to share?

I booked an Illuminations Cruise for Sunday, May 6, at the Beach Club Marina, meeting at 8:00 p.m. for 9:00 p.m. Illuminations FWs.

Anyone care to split the costs and share. Cost would be $150 for your half (it's $275 + $25 tip for captain, so half is $150).

There is room for 5 to join us.

There's a whole thread for sharing cruises- see above. I did this last December and ended up sharing our Illuminations cruise with a very nice family. It works well if you don't have enough people to fill the reservation yourself. We just split the cost/tip based on the number of people we had on the boat.

You got through twice, to book the 6th and then to book the 10th instead? Unusual because it's normally quite difficult to book a pontoon at all. Too many people calling to reserve them right at 90 days.

If you were going to be there April 21-26, I'd say sign us up! DH and I have done Illuminations a few times and it is very nice. I'd like to try the Magic Kingdom fireworks cruise sometime, too.

Yes, I got thru yesterday... no openings except one on May 5, so took it... and then called today around 9 a.m. (not first thing), and got May 10....

BUt dining is booking up fast,

What did you mean when you said that dining was booking fast? do you mean dining on the illuminations cruise? We have a cruise booked for early in May, too, and would like to have dinner on our illuminations cruise, but don't know where to call.

No, I meant reservations for dining such as Chef Mickeys, Cindy's castle, etc....

I made May reservations for 5 (okay, a wierd number), but had to wait 15 minutes on the phone, and couldn't always get what I wanted.

The CM said they were really busy, booking thru August - 180 days in advance.

As to where to book meal on your boat, call 407-wdw-play, and tell them what you'd like to do, and I think they could help. I believe they may direct you to Yatch Club dining.....
