This was our view from Sequoia Lodge. I wonder what it's all about. I can't imagine them having fireworks in 2 Parks.

Attention, Rumor(!):

I have heard that they are doing these tests, because they are considering to have a special fireworks display on New Years Eve. That would make the special dinner packages at WDS more appealing. In addition, two fireworks on NYE would mean lower crowds in both parks.
As far as I heard there is no way of having fireworks on regular days in the WDS.
