fireworks and parades???

Hi I am wondering checking out the weather forecast it looks like sunday and thursday are suppose to rain. I am wondering which parades or fireworks could get cancelled due to rain? I would think spectro and maybe the daytime parades????

It all depends on how hard it is raining. Also if there is lightning. Many times the parades go on in the rain.
