fire works? help!

ok i have a big problem. i'm goin 2 be at disney 1 week from tom! but we r only going to be there fri, sat nite, then on sun around 6 we leave for clearwater beach well the problem is i love wishes, illuminations, and fantasmic...but there is no way possible 4 me 2 do all 3....i was just wondering if u guys had 2 pick which one would u skip? thanx

I would skip fantasmic due to the wait time to get into the theater. I also do not think that it is nearly as good as wishs or illuminations.

I'd skip Fantasmic. Wishes and Illuminations are so much better than the Florida version of Fantasmic.

For me I love Fantasmic and Wishes, so would have to be Illuminations to skip

Hi,
You didn't say if you have park hoppers or not, but you could see all three. Fantasmic is at 7:30 on Friday. You can see Fantasmic at 730 then go to illuminations at 9, then, wishes on saturday. I've done two shows in one night a few times.

wow thats a great idea thanks! it never even occured to me 2 do 2 shows in 1 night!! although im a little worried about time...does anyone know how long fantasmic lasts?? and would there be enough time 2 get back 2 epcot to get a decent spot to see illuminations?? as of right now im really considering doing this, but if the times don't work out, im probaly going 2 skip fantasmic

thanks a lot cruiseonmagic....you have convinced us 2 do...im pretty sure we'll be able 2 make it, i just dont no how much time we will have w/ traffic and everthing....im considering driving 2 mgm and then driving 2 epcot i think that would be the fastest thanks again

You can walk from MGM to Epcot in about 30 minutes. There's also a boat, but that will probably take longer due to the line that forms after Fantasmic.

Keep in mind that if you drive to mgm, everyone will be leaving for their cars at the same time. I would either leave my car at the resort, or park at EPCOT, and take the bus from mgm to epcot. I've found that the bus is the quickest way. Not too many families try to park hop that close to closing--that's why it's not too hard to do.

Or do Fantasmic and Wishes on the same night there is a bigger gap in time allowing you to get over to MK. Next week wishes is at 10pm that is 2 hours to get to MK and scope out a good spot.

canwegosoon, I believe that springbreak is going this week coming up. 3/18, 3/19. Wishes is at 9pm both nights--same time as illuminations with epcot being a lot closer.

Unless the times have changed again, and they haven't updated the cast portal, Wishes is at 10p only on 3/14,15,and 17. On 3/16 and 3/18-4/2 Wishes is at 9pm with Spectromagic at 8p & 10p

There is bus service between all of the theme parks with the exception of MK(although I consider TTC to be part of MK) Epcot/MK--monorail. MK(TTC)/AK/MGM--bus. EPCOT/AK/MGM--bus. The place where you can't take a bus from the theme parks is DTD. You need to go to a resort first.

Hey Springbreak! You really want to do a fireworks crawl? After illuminations, go to Y&BC or BW and take a bus to DTD for their new years eve fireworks at 1145! Come on--you can do it!
