Fingerprints!!!

Thanks for the tip! In addition to having virtually no fingerprints, my wife's hands are small. So, that's a double whammy against her at the gates!

I have small hands the size of a 7-9 year old. I usually have a scanner problem at least once per trip. This year, they took a picture of me the first time it happened in January and then the times after, I think they just checked the picture and had me reset my finger scan, which was towards the end of the trip. I think I only had once glitch on my June trip.

Except that one poster said a supervisor had to come over and it took a couple minutes.

That person did NOT have identification with them so that was why they had to wait for the supervisor.
