Everyone gets a ticket if they're 3 and older but they only scan 10 and older. If you're staying onsite, then everyone in the room also gets their own room key for EMH purposes.
Oh ok, good to know. I couldn't see my 3 y/o doing the fingerscan, although the 8 y/o probably would have wanted to do it. I don't recall our names being printed on our tickets b4. I thought it was just child or adult. Was it like that b4 and I don't remember or they changed it to be that way now?

It just started this year with the MYW tickets. They are not printed on non-AP's but there is a spot on the back to sign the ticket. Since the days over 4 or 5 are so cheap (up to 10 days), they wanted to try to prevent people sharing the tickets.
