comes from an estate sale. I got an old Disneyland book with great pictures that is copyrighted 1965...the year I was born and 10 little Disney Rolykins in their original boxes that have a picture of Mickey on them along with the characters name of who's in the box. After trying to find info on them (from ebay) I guess they are from the 60's and the complete set was 8 pieces, which would be correct, as I have 8 different and 2 duplicates. They are perfect and so cute.
I never went to WDW as a child (how deprived!
) and as a matter of fact took my parents on their first trip in 1996. That was my 3rd trip (and not the last, ever!) I was watching some old video I took of my DH on our first trip in the mid 80's and loved seeing the footage from Typhoon Lagoon. Do you remember when you used to rent a canvas air mat that you could ride the waves on? If was so much fun and you just ran everyone over!! Probably why the did away with it. But it was so fun!!!
I have great stuff saved from all my trips and hope my DD appreciates it someday!
