Financing DVC

I checked off 401k but that isn't really the type of retirement program I belong to. When I retire I will receive a pension. On top of that I am allowed to put pretax dollars into an account for retirement- I am not matched by my employer. When I borrowed the money - about $8000 - I paid myself 5.1% - paid off in 2 years.

Wow the payments are not has large as I would have expected. I'm really hoping to buy into DVC very soon!

I agree, and we hope to buy soon, but am going to wait till the Contemop is on sale and buy there (assuming all the rumors are true)

We put half down and used our HELOC for the balance.
