finaly after 12 years I will be moving into a bigger Apartment

After 12 years of living in a Cramped 1 room studio apartment I will be moving into a much biggerr Aartment not far from were i Live. The apartment called Ponderosa village Apartments is located on the Northeast side of My hometown of Columbus Ohio. There are 1 and 2 bedroom Units avalible The 1 Bedroom Garden Unit are 610 square feet. And the 2 Bedroom Unit are 850 Square Feet. There are Basketball court and Vollyball Court. Private Patio or ballcony, 24 Hr Maintenance, Dishwasher. I hope to move out of my old Apartment in January and hope to move in Ponderosa Village sometime in the spring. I have to wonder also......because who lives in the same apartment for 12 years.....with having to sign a new lease every year, wouldn't the rent become ridiculous?????

Thats okay I tought I just want you to see this Apartment I used to go by this Apartment everday a few years ago when my Mother use to live nearby before she moved out into the country 20 miles from me. It is a much quiet area than were i live now

Wow, how did you stay in the same apartment for so long? After a few years I have to move because the rent increases after resigning the lease every time get ridiculous!
