...on friday. Now, barring the dog getting into my seed starting cups, we'll see when they germinate!

The random things I've started:

cherokee purple tomato
momotaro tomato
mini white cucumber
semi-bush winter squash
asian trio beans (?, they are string beans, I think)
poha berry
lilikoi
purple passionfruit

I still have to start my 3 types of eggplant, swiss chard, daikon, and herbs. Oh, and I have to build my raised bed.

so excited! I love gardening... :thumbsup2

Enjoy a good harvest! I'm sticking to cucumbers and tomatoes again this year...maybe a green pepper plant or two. I have 2 out of 10 asparagus roots that are producing stalks for us to eat...the others are simply producing skinny stalks that I have to let grow to make food for the roots, and hopefully I will get better results from them next year. I do not seem to have luck growing asparagus in Ohio, but the stalks I get are absolutely delicious, so I always dream of this time when we get some to eat!!!

my tulips are blooming here -- but I don't grow vegetables... enjoy the season!

woo hoo! I have germination on:

cherokee purple
momotaro
2 of the 3 types of beans
mini white cucumber
winter squash

so exciting! :yay: I have to start my other seeds still, though...
