Dreaming of when I finally get to go back to WDW!

This is my first trip report, so just stay with me, I am writing this now, but will try and at least link the actual trip report together when that comes. I haven't even left yet, but I am really excited.

I really don't like school, so about a year and a half ago, I thought that in order to reward myself when I finally finish that I would go to WDW! Plus I was having withdrawal from the first trip I took 6 months before in June 2001, and I was wanting to show I wasn't afraid to travel after 9-11. I starting saving money and looking on other boards just beside the CB on the Dis. I saved all my change and money from each paycheck (work at a movie theatre also besides going to school.) I wanted to find someone to come with me but noone was interested and that's when I found the Adult and Solo Traveler's Board, and after hearing many encouraging things, I decided to go solo, and was very excited to go by myself, despite hearing discouraging things from friends and family (why would you want to do that, etc.) I decided 7 nights, 8 days, with a early morning flight the day down, and a late night flight the day back. I also decided to stay at ASMu. I booked the room and payed deposit, then a little while later realized I could use a AAA rate, and with the savings I decided to stay another night, flying out in the evening so that it was 8 days and 8 nights. My stepmother then asked me if I minded if she could come along for part of the trip, I said no, and she decided to fly in late at night on my third day, spend a day with me, visit her aunt and uncle the next day, and the next 3 days with me, so I would have 4 days to myself and 4 days with
her. I booked my flight, slowing paying off the hotel, when I had it almost payed off the codes came out, and I booked one of the codes. I had decided to get UPH for me, and Linda was going to get 4 day hoppers. I payed off the hotel, then the AP rates came out, I realized how much I would save, and that an AP was only like $11 more, so I decided that I didn't need to go to the water parks or PI, and that I could just pay for DQ, and still save quite a bit of money. So I decided to buy an AP (for pickup upon arrival) and book the AP rate. I had money left over from what I had already paid and decided to just use it as a room credit. I got an email from the airline saying that my flight was changing and I was going to arrive in Orlando at 7 pm, instead of 11pm, that is what I wanted originally so no big deal. I can't wait.
