We were going to go with "Come What May" from Moulin Rouge, but listened to the lyrics to Dave Matthews Band's "Steady As We Go".

I'm not sure what's going on with that webpage (not mine!), but at least you can hear the song and read the lyrics.

What was your song?

What a beautiful song. We didn't have a song because we didn't really have a reception, only cake and punch and because it was held at the University of Houston Chapel, no alcohol or dancing.

34 years in a couple of months, though

Keeper of the Stars by Tracy Byrd.

It was no accident me finding you
Someone had a hand in it
Long before we ever knew
Now I just can't believe you're in my life
Heaven's smilin' down on me
As I look at you tonight

CHORUS:
I tip my hat to the keeper of the stars
He sure knew what he was doin'
When he joined these two hearts
I hold everything
When I hold you in my arms
I've got all I'll ever need
Thanks to the keeper of the stars

Soft moonlight on your face oh how you shine
It takes my breath away
Just to look into your eyes
I know I don't deserve a treasure like you
There really are no words
To show my gratitude

REPEAT CHORUS

It was no accident me finding you
Someone had a hand in it
Long before we ever knew

Ooh...I like this! :)

"wonderful world"-sung by louis armstrong.

We didn't have a reception, but I had Monica's best friends from her church singing gig play "Overjoyed" on guitar, and one of them sung the lyrics, (it's a Stevie Wonder song, Mo's absolute favorite.), during the beginning of the ceremony when the flower girls were walking down the aisle. Was very awesome.

"Conga" By Miami Sound Machine. Yep, for real, a conga line was our first song. We had to get the album from Florida at the time ( we are in IL)...MSM had not made it big yet and they were hard to find to purchase. I'm not a real traditional type of gal.....some of our relatives thought the band had goofed up and we were just improvising . When they learned the song was intentional, they suggested I stop frequenting the bar.

Fly Me to the Moon - Sinatra...we took dance lessons and had a blast with our first dance :)
