Finally got my confirmation e-mail for my reservation that I applied my pin code to

Hi.

Thanks to everyone who PM'd me trying to help figure out why I wasn't getting any type of reservation confirmation sent to me from Disney.

I checked my e-mail this morning and low and behold there it was. Everything on it looks good, except that they have my work address instead of my home address, but to me that's no big deal.

Atleast I now have something from them to show the front desk at Poly when I check in.

Congrats. I use to never get anything from Disney when I called to book a our last trip they asked my email and now I get codes!

I called a couple hours ago because I forgot to request a non-smoking room and needed to have them fix the address on the confirmation e-mail. Low and behold about an hour later I get a new e-mail with the updated information on it.

I get nothing from Disney confirming my reservation in writing and then today I get two e-mails from them. Well atleast I know now that I'm getting stuff from them.

MK05 -- We've both posted on a couple of different threads pertaining to confirmations. In addition to receiving no email, I also couldn't get my resv. to come up on the WDW website. Well, I went back on and started typing in every phone number I've ever had and what-do-you-know...the resv. finally came up under a cell number I had several years (and visits!) ago. I couldn't believe it. How does this happen when you give all your current info. when making the reservation? Everything I see associated with my profile indicates the current phone number we use (it was even printed on the last confirmation I received via snail mail). I just don't get it.

I stopped even trying once I finally got my e-mail confirmation. Even though I had the confirmation #, it does make you feel better knowing you have it in writing.
