Finally got a BOG dinner ressie today!!!

Thanks to a fellow DISer after months and months of checking and near misses-behold the coveted ressie has been attained! I must say that I was shaking so badly! Get to dine as Ariel on my mnsshp night and get to dine and celebrate my 30th birthday in style! Any BOG merch available? Heard length of dinning experience can be anywhere from 60-90 minutes?

Good for you!! I have had a couple close calls, but still haven't snagged one. It's a wonderful dinner and I hope you enjoy!! I have a couple days to keep trying!

I was there in April and there was no BOG merchandise at that time, just the photo op. Yes, it is quite time consuming. Even with the res, we had to wait 30 min for our table & then about a hour for dinner, then you're invited to walk around & check out all the rooms before getting in line & waiting for your turn to take a pic with the beast. From start to finish, easily 90-120 min.

Congrats on your reservation. My family loves the dinner there. I am hoping to get another one for my April trip with my two DDs....fingers crossed .

OP, I also do want to point out that you don't have to get BOG merchandise in BOG, in fact, I don't think they even sell merchandise in the restaurant, instead they sell plates, mugs, drink ware, etc in the shop right next to BOG. I have gotten a couple items in there and I plan on buying the Lumier statue that lights up for my fireplace mantel when I go .

Congrats! I've been trying since the 180 day mark out, no luck, however I did get an email for the lunch fast pass so we jumped on that. I figure it's better than not eating there at all. My daughter is dying to get one of the light up goblets!

Congrats on getting your reservation. I have been trying for quite a while now with no success. Thought I would eat lunch there instead but I am hearing that if you don't stay on property and get a email invitation that it is impossible to have lunch there. Hoping I can get a reservation for dinner.
