What a long strange trip it's been!

** Originally booked in February for end of April trip **

• Moved from Port Orleans to Riviera (2 rooms for 5 people each) at no charge
  • Cast members could only offer moving moving us for $1500 to $2500 dollars... yes, you read right.
• 20 tickets re-linked to account due to system error
• 2 days of confirmed park reservations for all 20 tickets

All it took was...

• 3.5 days of full-time trying
• 24.5 hours total hold time
• 952 dial attempts
• 5 different phone numbers
• 9 cast members
• 3 ticket specialists
• 4 guest services
• and a supervisor (but no pear tree)

If my brother's family hadn't already booked their non-refundable airfare back in February, AND it this wasn't their first vacation in 20 years there is no way I would have put up with it. Happy, yes... because of Disney... ummmm, better not to say anything.
