talked to VMK_Babs today. truley and exceptional staff member, compared to the others. i watched her repeat the same answer 3 times, but did not get mad or frustrated. see answered my question about the event, and said ' we don not have enough dollars to do many rooms ' and ' even if we did have more rooms it would not have helped teh problem '

I'm sure VMK only gets a limited amount of cash flow... and by money, they probally didn't have the bling to pay more staff members to run more rooms... thats all I can think of.
