Here's the line up and Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays:

8pm Perri
9:30pm Old Yeller
11:15pm Littlest Outlaw
12:45am Ugly Duckling and Tortoise & Hare cartoons
1:15am Ugly Dachshund
3:00am Tale of Two Critters
4:00am Sammy the Way Out Seal

Even though they're ending their "partnership", I don't know why Disney won't allow TCM to show its Walt and post -Walt films/shorts/TV shows since current Disney management doesn't seem at all interested in showcasing their legacy. (Assuming that's why this is the final one; I could be wrong). I will truly miss TCM's Disney nights.

I don't know that they are ending the partnership. It is just the last for 2016.

I thought the "final" in your title meant that was the end of Disney nights on TCM! I know they are no longer partnering for the TCM/Disney cruises and TCM is dropping sponsorship of the Great Movie Ride, but I hope the Disney nights continue. Seems to me like they're a win/win for both parties, especially since a lot of the Disney stuff is not on DVD.

Sort of seems like the whole partnership is ending. It's unfortunate but I'll admit I haven't been impressed with many of the offerings(but that's just me--I have a large collection of Disney movies in my home library.) I'm interested in seeing Perri though, that title has always eluded me.

I guess with that lineup, they realized that not only have they cleaned out the vault, but now they're sweeping the floor looking for anything left to air.

I think there's tons of stuff left. Too bad they couldn't show Song of the South. I would have personally loved to have seen the package features (unedited) and more of the Walt era TV shows. TCM would have also been the appropriate venue for Fantasia and Fantasia 2000. I don't believe they're ever shown on the Disney channel or Free Form. The unedited Happiest Millionaire, Bedknobs and Broomsticks and Pete's Dragon also would have been marvelous additions to the lineup.

Re: the December line up....I have never seen The Littlest Outlaw. Perri is a favorite which I have on one of the True Life Adventures DVDs. Yeller and Dachshund I have on DVD also. I haven't seen Sammy since the 1970's! Critters I saw as the featurette with The Rescuers back in '77. The 2 shorts I have on the Silly Symphonies (WD Treasures) DVDs.
